Dear Friend;

I can not believe that my time as president of the Master of Social Work Student Association is done.  I would like to Thank the officers and the members that were there all through the year, helping with the fundraising and breakfast THANK YOU without your help we could not have accomplished all of our goals.  A special THANK”S to Victor, the E MAIL KING he kept the line of communication open between all of us.  To the faculty we appreciate your cooperation with items for the yard sale and your support of all of the clubs activities. This year has been full of new experiences including the trip to Guyana affording us the opportunity to learn and be a part of the Guyanese culture in their country. Thank you to Amanda and Jayme for putting this trip together we appreciate all your hard work, you guys are awesome.

As President I have been fortunate to have a great group of people working with me including officers and members because of their relentless help and support all of our goals were accomplished, including the trip to Tallahassee for Lobby Day, Trip to Guyana, Hosting of the Guyanese Students over the Summer, collection and shipment of books to the University of Guyana, Hurricane relief, and the presence of the club in the community at large.

As a new administration takes over, we wish them the best.  This new group of officers has great ideas and enthusiasm, however, the support and involvement of the membership is crucial for success.

As you know before the Christmas Break elections were held and it is my pleasure to welcome the officers for the term 2005/2006
