sheet, or provide us with full name, e-mail and local phone number. You
must be an enrolled student and carry a GPA of 2.0 or better.

C. Lobby Day – HSSO’s goal this year is to send a significant
undergraduate student contingent to Tallahassee for Lobby Day this year.
We will have two fundraisers in the fall, and one in the spring for this
purpose. We will also present SGA with a Bill to get funding. For more
information visit http://www.naswfl.org/legislative/ and click on lobby
day.
D. Car Wash – Saturday Sept 20, 9:30 to 2:30, Sam’s Club, at the
gas pumps. It is not actually a car wash; we will be soliciting customers
to wash their windows for a donation. Sign-up sheets are in the lobby of
the social work division, in building ABIII. You can also e-mail to sign
up!
E. Eagle Expo – October 18, we will be setting up a table to welcome
prospective students for the 2004-2005 year. More information will follow
soon.
F. Speaker – October 20, Amanda Goff will be speaking. She is the
founder of the Phoenix Center, now called the Rape Trauma Center. Nursing
students and Criminal Justice students will also be invited.
G. Habitat Work Day – Service Learning Hours! We will be working at a
site in Cape Coral, from 8:30 to 3:30. You do not need to be skilled.
Sign-up sheets are in ABIII for this as well. Make sure accurate contact
information is on the sheet, because we will not have the location until
four days out.
