Dr. Roberta W. Walsh is Professor in the Division of Public Affairs. She earned her Ph.D. degree in social policy from the Heller Graduate School at Brandeis University. She joined FGCU as a founding faculty member following 15 years at the University of Vermont and earlier federal government service with the U.S. Department of Energy, Northeast Solar Energy Center and Federal Trade Commission. In her primary area of research on energy program evaluation, she has authored over 50 publications and presentations. Other areas of Dr. Walsh’s expertise include housing policy, economics of aging, economics of regulation, and rural community development. Courses currently taught: PAD 6060, PAD 6327 |
