Dr. Kenneth I. Millar is a native of Montreal, Quebec. Dr.  Millar’s undergraduate degree is  from Sir George Williams University in Montreal. He earned  his Master of Social Work degree from the University of British  Columbia and his doctorate from  the University of Texas at Arlington. He is the author of two  books, numerous articles in refereed journals, and has presented  at major conferences in both Canada and the U.S. Dr. Millar  has had previous appointments at Aurora University, Louisiana  State University. The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and  Laurentian University in Canada.
