Full-Time Life Care Coordinator Position Available with the Elder Law Office of Osterhout, McKinney and Prather.
Minimum BA/BS in Gerontology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field with a strong clinical knowledge of aging. Knowledge of community resources and aging network preferred.
Partial responsibilities include office consultation, assessments, care planning, advocacy and education of caregivers.
Adequate computer skills are a necessity. Travel among 5 county service area, i.e., Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades.
