CARL J. PACINI, Marguerite and Guy Howard Professorship in Business and Professor of Accounting. Ph.D. in Accounting, Florida State University (1997). J.D., University of Notre Dame (1979). Both a CPA and an attorney. Most recently from Georgia Southern University where he received the J. Bernard Keys Professorial Research Award and the Best Paper Award at the AAA Midwest Regional meeting in 2000. Published over 40 articles in accounting and law journals including Abacus, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, and the American Business Law Journal. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Forensic Accounting. Research interests in: accountant liability, forensic accounting, and financial services regulation.
