The Institute for Youth and Justice Studies and the Center for Public and Social Policy hosted Lt. Governor Kottkamp on the FGCU campus on November 8, 2007. Lt. Govenor Kottkamp spoke about his role as Lt. Governor and priorities of the administration for the State of Florida. Lt.
